PR Squared was founded by Karen Webb, a branding and communications executive with over a 15 years experience, and a reputation for generating results all while providing personal, hands-on attention. She also offers media training and leadership development services for emerging and senior-executive leaders.
Karen's over 15 years experience in marketing communications, goal-oriented approach and meticulous attention to details make her an admired and successful brand and digital content strategist. She is a tactical project manager and creative problem solver who is willing to challenge conventional strategies to garner results for her clients.
As Vice President of a premier boutique public relations agency in Beverly Hills, Karen spearheaded media relations and branding campaigns for a wide range of brands. In late 2008, Karen launched PR Squared, a full service boutique agency specializing in fashion, beauty, consumer lifestyle and entertainment brands.
Along with her work in publicity, Karen has worked in the fast-paced world of marketing and broadcasting, developing multi-platform campaigns for some of the country's most recognized brands. She would create fully integrated, customized marketing packages, which often included traditional and emerging media, sales-driven promotions, along with various corporate entertainment elements.
Her over 20 years of experience includes work with prominent national fashion and beauty brands like Escada, Hale Bob, 49 Square Miles, Anastasia, and pH Advantage, as well as corporate brands and organizations like NBC's Days of Our Lives, Capitol Studios (part of Universal Music Group), Entertainment Cruise Productions, Bank of America, Constellation Energy, State Farm, Legg Mason, Toyota, Robo Records, and Starkey Hearing Foundation. Her background also includes work with top-rated athletes (college and professional), actors, musicians, and executive leaders. She is board member for The Women's International Music Network (The WiMN).
